No fillers, no shortcuts, no ingredients you can't pronounce. Just honest, clean food made with intention — and that simplicity is something I find deeply beautiful every single time I bake.

When I discovered the health benefits of sourdough — the gut-friendly fermentation, the easier digestibility, the way it nourishes your body differently than conventional bread — it made the journey even more exciting.
